What is one book, person, or talk that has been most influential in your career?

Earlier in my career, I was introduced to the StrengthsFinder Assessment. Then again a few years ago. It has helped me understand my own unique traits as a learner and a leader in my industry.

What products have you been excited about recently?

Acoustic wall panels that take on fun shapes yet still impactful.

Do you have any go-to design solutions or techniques for creating healing environments?

Not necessarily a design solution nor a technique but definitely important - listening to the needs of the users and staff.

If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?

Don’t be afraid to express yourself and share your story. We each have distinct qualities that makes us the person we are today.

What is one product that doesn't exist but should?

A high-impact wallcovering product that is lightweight, durable, sustainable, cleanable and provides acoustics and aesthetics that is priced like standard high-impact, solid color wall protection.
