What is one book, person, or talk that has been most influential in your career?
One person/talk is Stanley Tigerman (1930-2019), who encouraged me as a young design student to make life's work fun and exciting.

Empathy. You've got to put yourself in others' shoes to know their needs.
If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?
Chill – there is really no good reason to rush.
What is one product that doesn't exist but should?
Interactive, immersive and/or robotic over-bed tables.
